Bio
The Rescue Mission offers a wide range of life changing treatment programs that address the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. We offer services free of charge to the poor and needy in our community. With the support of our community, we offer: Refuge – Food, shelter, and clothing for those in need. Recovery – Biblically based programs to minister to the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. Restoration – Equipping people to lead productive and independent lives.
Ways To Get Engaged
Mentor program residents who have made the commitment to be freed from addiction and homelessness and are interested in following Jesus. Take an individual to get coffee, teach a group of residents a class (Bible, life skills or a hobby, on-going or one time).
You can help program residents find real and lasting community and grow closer to Jesus by driving them to church on Sunday, even if you only have one open seat in your car! Commitments range from once monthly to every week.
Help those less fortunate by providing them a meal, personal items, or having a conversation at the different outreach stations.
